Free Teaching Resource – Canadian Provinces!

I’m giving away a free teaching resource! Use it for an in-class activity, homework, a mini group project, or a party activity if you’ve run out of board games!

This is a learner-led, discovery-based, enriched, and meaningful way to learn political geography.

The only preparation required from a teacher or caregiver is to provide access to source material (e.g. an internet connection or up-to-date print material). An answer key is provided for the teacher and includes the URL of the source material.*

Learning political geography can be tedious. When we weave in the story of chosen official birds and try to understand why they were chosen, the names and locations of countries and regions become more meaningful. Detail gives our concepts texture – they don’t slip away as easily.

*Please note that political geography and regions symbols are subject to change. If you notice a discrepancy between the answer key and up-to-date information from government websites, do contact me and I will update the worksheet accordingly.

Find this resource in the Blueberry Fig store on Teachers Pay Teachers and leave me a review (hopefully a good one!) or download it below.

Special thanks
